Yes this is a 6-piston caliper I mated to an aluminum bracket for a customer's DNA springer. Some speed holes added for good measure.

I'm making a 6-piston tokico front caliper bracket for DNA springer (all aluminum) for a dude.
Working on a boardtracker (tank mounts, mid controls, hand shifter, foot clutch, etc) for another dude. Mucho worko but.... DOING WHAT I LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't want the usual straight down tubes like alot of vatos weld in. Here I wanted the seat portion to be a little higher and at a less steeper angle yet still give me about a 2" stretch. Triangulation is the word of the day.

LB SWAPMEET

Took some shit I made to the swap sunday including a see-thru oil tank (still for sale), some stainless bars (sold for$140) and some skate deck seats (will post pics soon). Ok turn out but the sun kept alot of fools away. Nobody jumped on my stock kz tank with a free gallon of gas!! Still got alot of little things to do to the KZ650 to get it rolling. Gonna sandblast the wheels, fork legs, and other aluminum parts. Fender, battery, sissy bar tabs still need to be welded to the frame, get the sporty tank flaked and striped and wiring is almost done. Bars I made are very comfortable on this bike, so is the ride position so I hope to get in some long rides this summer.

Plan B

So the hardtail section is done on my kz650 and originally I was planning to put back the 4-into-1 mac exhaust that came with the bike. But since I lowered the stance a couple inches, the collector sits now 1 inch from the floor. No bueno, so I devised plan B: a 4-into-2 that exits either side with some kind of glasspack cherry bomb. This is what I'm thinking.
