All Straightened Out
If you know me you know I love BMX and all the great memories and scars that went with it. So of course I was gonna throw some pedals on my chop. So after a going down last month, I tweaked the forged mount but the pedal kept intact and continues to spin, and the left/right bungs welded-in are perfect. The damn thing kept the side of my motor from getting rashed up too so I'm happy for that. The polyurethane isolators I turned are also good to go so back on they'll go.

Speed-Hole-A-Rama
Some holes I popped in on Lucky Tim's sprocket cover and brake lever. Little things may go unnoticed so I will help you find the "Waldo" in this picture. I shaved the stock brake pedal to reveal a nice flat suface to mount a lever to match the shifter and the new pegs. Also hidden behind Benchmark's awesome Ombligo air cleaner and breather bolts is a stock buell carb breather bracket heavily modified to fit around the throttle body. It's not always what you see that makes a bike badass and for a stock-framed '09 sporty this bike is well on its way to that category.

"MAKE IT STOP!" she said
Well I did!! Here's a sporty tokico radial mounted caliper for a NG sporty front end. These calipers are a dime a dozen on egay and stop on a dime. The adapter bracket I made from 2024 aluminum and matches the lines of the caliper nicely.

Ryca Motors
So you want a simple cafe racer or road thumper without spending too much dough? Check out these guys, RYCA Motors who are building some cool customs from a rather overlooked yet readily available motorcycle, the Suzuki Savage 650cc aircooled single. I really love the tank.

Limp dick Headlight Mount?
... Or erect penis/ rear-view mirror mount/ kitchen faucet hdlt mount???
This little booger is shown upside down and probably won't be noticed much underneath the bottom NG tree. It locks onto the ball milled groove with some tapped blind holes. Alot of work went into this fucker if only for your amusement.

2-into-1 Take TWO
Me and my buddy Matt finished this 2-into-1 for my other bud Lucky Tim. Tim almost got ran over by a SEMI TRUCK. He cheated death but his pipes paid the price getting smashed down and into his swing arm. Tim accelerated out of it but the damage was done. I made him a new muffler & baffle/end cap (shown a couple of posts ago) and we went to town today on the bends and welding it all up.

Feeling baffled
Another 2 into 1 means a different approach which should give good results, and for far less $$ than aftermarket setups out there and totally custom. Just need a builder's kit from Biltwell and a collector from Cone Engineering and I'm in business.

Updates !!!!!!!
I will soon carry the cv carb support bracket for all those in need of one or two. And they will be available for super E's too after a lil massage parlor work. There are so many different breather kits out there that I will leave that choice up to you, but my favorite will always be Benchmark's.
